Needed a last-minute transfer from Les Arc to Lyon airport. Filled an online inquiry and got a friendly call back after a few minutes—which was late evening for them as I was in the USA. Gentleman on the phone gave me plenty of assurance that they would take extra care of my daughter on her first solo trip. After another few minutes got an email with pickup time and location, my driver’s name and phone number and an easy link for payment. Next day I got a call from the driver and again plenty of assurance that he’d take good care of his passenger. Which he did. And he also called me after dropping her at the terminal.
